We all laugh. It’s not something that we can control. Humans were born with the ability to laugh, it’s certainly not something that we will ever forget. No matter where you might travel in the world, laughter is the only common language among all of us.

Believe it or not, when we laugh we are trying to send a message to other people. This is why we don’t (or mostly don’t) start laughing by our selves. Also, when you laugh around other people, they start laughing too. This is because laughter is contagious. Something funny can make you laugh, then your friend could hear you, and they would start laughing too. The mere sound of a laughing person (or doll) triggers more laughter.

As Philosopher John Morreall stated, “Laughter occurs when people are comfortable with one another, when they feel open and free. And the more laughter there is, the more bonding occurs within the group.” Laughter is uncontroable and and understandable from all human perspectives What comes next? Well, work is still on the way for why humans are ticklish…
